Start an Elimination Diet

Reintroduce the Foods To Your Diet
Following the two week elimination period, slowly resume introducing the foods you eliminated back into your diet. Introduce each eliminated food one at a time, have it three times a day for roughly 3-4 days and then eliminate it again for 3 days. If you notice the symptoms coming back to torment you, go back on the elimination diet until you notice the symptoms disappear completely.
